Eureka Group Holdings Limited (ASX: EGH) has announced the acquisition of Tuggerah Shores Home Village, a residential park in Tuggerawong, NSW, for AU$8.25 million, yielding 8.6%. The property includes 62 long-term cabin and caravan sites, seven short-term campsites, and a manager’s residence on a 5.2-hectare landholding, though some areas remain undevelopable.
Tuggerah Shores represents Eureka’s second acquisition in the high-demand all-age rental market. The community maintains 100% occupancy with a deep waiting list, reinforcing its long-term revenue stability. The company plans to refurbish and replace existing homes, ensuring continued growth. The Central Coast, with a population of 362,500, offers a high-growth market for Eureka. This acquisition is the third funded by the AU$70.4 million capital raise, positioning Eureka for expansion in the affordable rental sector. Settlement is expected by 31 March 2025, marking another step in Eureka’s strategic expansion.
