Top End Energy Limited (ASX: TEE) has completed the 100% acquisition of Serpentine Energy Pty Ltd, securing ownership of the Serpentine Natural Hydrogen Project in Kansas, USA. This project is strategically positioned amid a rapidly expanding land rush, driven by historical evidence of natural hydrogen and a surge in exploration activities, including seismic surveys, drilling, and flow testing.

Top End Energy is actively expanding its lease holdings while advancing geological evaluations to prepare for its exploration drilling program in the second half of 2025. The natural hydrogen sector is gaining strong investment interest from global energy leaders such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Osaka Gas, Fortescue, Rio Tinto, and BP, highlighting its potential as a key player in the clean energy transition.
