Capital Raised Through Share Issue to Support Strategic Goals

Lake Resources N.L. (ASX: LKE) has confirmed a successful capital raise of $2.25 million (inclusive of costs) through its At-the-Market Subscription Agreement with Acuity Capital. This facility, previously referred to as a Controlled Placement Agreement, has been an ongoing capital-raising tool for the company, with prior announcements dating back to 2018.

At the time of writing, Lake Resources N.L. has agreed to issue 56 million fully paid ordinary shares to Acuity Capital at an issue price of 4.0 cents per share. These shares will be issued from the company’s available LR7.1A placement capacity.

Issue Price Represents Premium Over VWAP

The 4.0 cent per share pricing is notable as it stands above the company’s 15-trading day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of 3.1 cents up to 10 April 2025, reflecting investor confidence in Lake’s long-term prospects. Settlement is scheduled to be completed on or before 14 April 2025.

Proceeds to Strengthen Balance Sheet and Support Kachi Project

The net proceeds will be directed toward fortifying Lake’s balance sheet, providing working capital, and supporting ongoing development activities at its flagship Kachi lithium project in Argentina. Lake continues to prioritise the advancement of this project, which uses cutting-edge ion exchange technology to produce high-purity, low-carbon lithium for the battery supply chain.
