By the end of the trading session on 26 March 2025, the benchmark index S&P/ASX 200 closed higher by 0.71% and settled at 7,999.00. Out of 11 sectors, 10 sectors ended higher along with the S&P/ASX 200.

Consumer Staples and A-REIT is the top-gaining sector gaining 1.19% and 1.19% in their index value. On the other hand, Healthcare is the top-losing sectors losing 0.53% in its index value.

Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: RMS) and Helia Group Limited (ASX: HLI) are the top-gaining stocks, gaining 6.046% and 5.191% in their stock prices. On the other hand, Paladin Energy Limited (ASX: JHX) and Neuren Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: ALX) went down by 11.581% and 5.468% respectively are the top-losing stocks.
