Zenith Minerals Secures AU$1.44 Million Through Share Placement

Zenith Minerals Limited (ASX: ZNC) has secured firm commitments from professional and sophisticated investors to raise AU$1.44 million through a share placement at AU$0.045 per share. The directors have pledged AU$125,000 toward the placement, pending approval from shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for November 25, 2024. The funds will be allocated towards drilling activities at the Dulcie Far North and Red Mountain projects, alongside working capital and placement costs. Moreover, Zenith intends to initiate a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to raise up to AU$500,000.

This plan will enable eligible shareholders to invest under the same conditions as those offered in the placement. The new shares will be priced identically to those in the placement. The company also announced plans to appoint Euan Jenkins as a non-executive director, pending regulatory approvals and confirmation at the AGM. Jenkins brings over 31 years of global banking experience and strong connections within the European market, enhancing Zenith’s strategic growth and market access.
