X2M Partners with GreenRock for Energy Management in Taiwan

X2M Connect Limited (ASX:X2M), an Australian IoT technology firm, has signed a NTD50 million deal with GreenRock Energy to supply an energy management system (EMS) for a 94MW Battery Energy Storage System in Taiwan. This marks a significant step in their strategic partnership, emphasizing renewable energy and utility sector innovation.

X2M will provide both hardware and software, with revenue recognition mainly in FY25 and additional earnings from a three-year service agreement. The collaboration, reflecting mutual investments and shared renewable energy ambitions, positions X2M to tap into the growing demand for renewable energy solutions in Taiwan and beyond, leveraging their IoT and AI capabilities for utility sector advancements.
