X2M Connect Secures AU$0.362 million Capital Raise and Taiwan Energy Management Contract.

X2M Connect Limited (ASX: X2M) has successfully completed a AU$0.362 million capital raise through the issuance of 14.48 million shares at AU$0.025 per share. Each share includes a free attaching unlisted option with a AU$0.05 exercise price and a two-year expiry. Proceeds will be allocated to customer support, infrastructure costs, business development, marketing, and working capital. Settlement is scheduled for December 19, 2024, with shares to be issued on December 20, 2024, subject to potential date changes.

Additionally, X2M has secured a pivotal contract with Taiwan-based Heying International Co., Ltd. This agreement involves deploying a centralized management solution for over 100 solar sites managed by Heying, which use five different solar vendors. The X2M solution offers a unified interface to streamline alerts, status updates, and energy generation monitoring, addressing critical pain points. This initiative aligns with X2M’s broader energy management goals across its operating markets.
