Wrkr Ltd (ASX: WRK), a leading workforce compliance solutions provider, has achieved a notable market win by securing a contract to enhance employer solutions, specifically the clearing house and SuperStream Gateway infrastructure, for Link Group, a prominent player in Australia's financial services sector.
This contract extends to the previously announced Master Services Agreement between Wrkr and Link Group in November 2022. It spans three years, with options for Link Group to extend it for an additional year, bringing its initial estimated value to AU$3,000,000. The agreement encompasses various components, including licenses, Link Group's administration platform integration, and fund onboarding support services. Fee disbursements are linked to predefined delivery milestones and acceptance criteria. Furthermore, in addition to the estimated contract value, Wrkr will also earn transaction-based usage fees for contributions management and messaging.
