Woolworths Group Limited (ASX: WOW) announced that its subsidiary HealthyLife, will expand its association with SuperPharmacy, delivering customers with more convenient access to planned and non-planned health products and complementary health programs. Under this relationship, HealthyLife will buy principal technology and warehouse assets and give e-commerce, related technology, branding, platform, and wholesale warehouse services to SuperPharmacy, under the banner name ‘HealthyLife Pharmacy.’
SuperPharmacy, has been a partner of Woolworths Group since 2021 through the Everyday Rewards program and as a third-party merchant on HealthyLife.com.au since August 2022. SuperPharmacy has delivered Australians with prescriptions, OTC medicines, and well-being needs since 2000. The present 6 physical SuperPharmacy pharmacies situated in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, and West Australia will continue to be owned and operated independently. They will function under the HealthyLife Pharmacy banner.
