Wildcat Resources Limited (ASX: WC8) has successfully secured AU$100 million through a placement, issuing 131,578,948 fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.76 per share. The Placement saw strong interest from institutional and sophisticated investors, as well as existing shareholders. The funds will empower Wildcat to intensify exploration and development activities at the Tabba Tabba Lithium Project in WA, including discovery drilling and development studies.
Additionally, the proceeds will support ongoing exploration at the Bolt Cutter Lithium Project in WA, the Mt Adrah Gold Project in NSW, and other projects. The issue price, set at an 8.6% discount to the 10-day VWAP, positions Wildcat for an exciting 12 months of progress. The placement shares will be issued on or about November 17, 2023, utilizing the company's 15% placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1, with Canaccord Genuity (Australia) and Euroz Hartleys Limited as joint lead managers.
