Wide Open Agriculture secures AU$12 million financing with NAB

Wide Open Agriculture Limited (ASX: WOA) signed a finance deal with National Australia Bank to support the company's expansion goals of manufacturing plant-based beverages in Australia. The agreement provides access for loan financing of up to AU$12 million. Funding consists of the following components of:

  • AU$8 million Corporate Markets Loan (CML) available for domestic oat milk production. It includes Dirty Clean Food Oat Milk and the company's future plant-based beverage line that combines oat milk with Buntine Protein®.
  • The Overseas Bills Bought Facility will be funded with AU$1.5 million (overseas invoice finance)
  • A total of AU$1.0 million will be allocated to the Trade Refinancing Facility (inventory finance)
  • The Invoice Finance Facility will get AU$1.5 million (domestic invoice finance)
