Known for her strong connections in the Australian and Chinese business communities and her business acumen and efficiency across diverse business and cultural environments, Ms. Zhan is poised to lead the company to new growth opportunities.
This pivotal appointment underlines the company's unique Western Australian technology with global market applications. With these changes, the company is set to deliver enhanced value to its shareholders. Additionally, Anthony Maslin will transition into a Non-Executive Director role. At the same time, Ben Cole and Matthew Skinner resigned from the Board and the interim chief executive officer position.
