1. The company has completed an AU$500,000 Share Placement to sophisticated and institutional investors, with funds received. An Entitlement Offer will be open shortly, allowing shareholders to participate in a capital raising of up to AU$1 million for securities offered at the same price as under the completed Share Placement.
2. The company has engaged the services of Avant Group, Australian grant application experts specializing in securing Government funding for Australian renewable energy companies.
3. Whitebark Energy Limited continues to monitor significant activity, political statements, and associated press related to the Australian energy transition and how this may influence the Geothermal Energy industry.
