Warriedar Resources Limited (ASX: WA8) secured firm commitments for an AU$4.0 million placement. This will be achieved by issuing approximately 70.7 million fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of AU$0.057. The funds raised from this Placement will be instrumental in driving growth-focused exploration drilling at the Company's Golden Range and Fields Find Projects in Western Australia's Murchison region.
The company is grateful for the enthusiastic support from new and existing investors for this Placement. Additionally, the forthcoming AU$2 million from the sale of the non-core Golden Range camp facility will complement the placement proceeds. This will solidify Warriedar's cash position at approximately AU$ 9.6 million post-settlements of the Placement, enabling it to conduct extensive exploration activities across its highly promising Murchison tenure. Moreover, it is targeting an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the flagship Ricciardo deposit in the fourth quarter of CY2024.
