Volt Resources Limited (ASX: VRC) announced the signing of a binding Offtake Agreement for the sale of 10,000 tonnes of fine flake graphite product annually from the Bunyu Graphite Project for an initial term of five years, with the option to extend the offtake agreement for an additional five years.
Volt Graphite Tanzania Plc, a 100% Volt subsidiary, signed the offtake agreement with Graphex Group subsidiary, Graphex Michigan 1, LLC, a subsidiary of Graphex Group Ltd. It is listed on the Hong Kong and New York stock exchanges and is a large manufacturer of spherical graphite for Li-Ion battery anodes.
