Volt Resources Limited appointed Prashant S. Chintawar as CEO

Volt Resources Limited (ASX: VRC) announced that it had appointed Prashant S. Chintawar as a Chief Executive Officer as of 01 January 2023, who has worked as Senior Advisor - Battery Minerals. He joined the company on 01 September 2022, having directed the US industrialisation strategy for a top ten global EV and ESS battery producer and earlier serving as Director, Global Business Development & Sales for leading global chemical company BASF.

Prashant is an entrepreneurial global business leader with a track record of forming and scaling up new specialty material businesses, developing existing chemical companies, profit and loss management, negotiating and structuring deals, and industrialisation.
