Vmoto Limited: raising AU$10.8 million through entitlement offer.

Vmoto Limited (ASX: VMT) announced a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer aiming to raise approximately AU$10.8 million. This offer entails up to 72,560,072 new fully paid ordinary shares at a price of AU$0.15 per share. Additionally, eligible shareholders who subscribe to their full entitlement can apply for more new shares under a top-up facility, subject to the Board's discretion.

Any remaining entitlements, including those under the top-up facility, will be offered in the Shortfall Offer at the same price of AU$0.15 per share. The funds raised will be utilized for expanding manufacturing facilities in Nanjing, China, investing in a local facility in Thailand, acquiring interests in distributors, and general working capital. The Company's operations and growth plans will be adjusted based on the funds raised. These offers are not underwritten.
