Vitura Health Announces Software Agreement Transition and Strategic Options

Vitura Health Limited (ASX:VIT) announces that Code4 Cannabis Pty Ltd (C4C) will not extend the Services Agreement, exclusively licensing software for the CanView platform beyond its expiry on August 10, 2024. Following issues raised by Vitura, a 15-month transitional period begins, allowing Vitura to remain the exclusive licensee until November 10, 2025. Vitura may explore alternative software implementation or exercise its option to acquire C4C.

C4C is prohibited from licensing the Software to third parties for an additional 12 months post-transition. Vitura, a diversified digital health business listed on ASX, operates Burleigh Heads Cannabis, CanView, Doctors on Demand, and Cortexa, aiming to integrate medicinal cannabis and psychedelic products seamlessly into its digital health platform. The Company owns CDA Clinics, facilitating nationwide telehealth consultations for medicinal cannabis access.
