Venatica Assays Confirm High-Grade Copper Over 700 Meter Strike

Altair Minerals Limited (ASX: ALR) announced that maiden exploration at Irka Sur, part of the Venatica West project, has confirmed high-grade copper mineralization across a 700-meter strike length, with assays returning grades of up to 2.9% Cu, 0.62g/t Au, and 105g/t Ag. The discovery reinforces Venatica West’s potential as a significant copper-gold-silver porphyry district.

Sampling results highlight the exceptional grade and scale of the Irka Sur system, with 66% of samples exceeding 1.2% Cu. A 16m porphyry outcrop averaged 1.8% Cu and 52g/t Ag, confirming consistent high-grade mineralization at the surface. Irka Sur remains open in all directions, complementing three other major porphyry systems identified at Venatica. With less than 5% of Venatica explored Altair is accelerating large-scale sampling and mapping programs to define the full extent of this emerging district-scale copper-gold system in Peru.
