Vection Technologies Algho AI Trials Underway at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:  VR1) has announced that Algho AI, a 3D AI-powered virtual assistant, is undergoing full-scale clinical trials at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), affiliated with Harvard Medical School. At the time of writing, MGH has renewed its annual license worth approximately AU$160k, featuring a scalable per-conversation pricing model of AU$0.26, enabling significant revenue potential as adoption grows. 

Algho AI, known as Katherine, supports MGH’s Raising Healthy Hearts program by streamlining patient data collection and care planning. Katherine automates gathering medical histories, lifestyles, and social factors, reducing administrative burdens and enabling early intervention for cardiovascular diseases in children. The trial is expected to scale over the next 12 months, potentially covering 100,000 visits annually.  With opportunities for expansion into other areas like endocrinology and mental health, Katherine highlights the transformative role of AI in improving operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and hospital workflows.
