Utah has reconfirmed the right to extract green river water

Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN) announced that its 100% owned subsidiary, Blackstone Minerals NV LLC, has secured final approval from the State of Utah for lithium extraction at its Green River Lithium Project.

This significant milestone follows thorough reconsideration by the State Engineer, culminating in the approval of using 19 cubic feet per second of brine for lithium extraction. This non-consumptive use, combined with the responsible return of all brine to its source, demonstrates its commitment to sustainable resource management.
