Tryptamine Therapeutics Limited Appoints Distinguished Psychiatrist David Castle

Tryptamine Therapeutics Limited (ASX: TYP) has appointed Professor David Castle, a leading psychiatric scholar, to its Scientific Advisory Board for three years. Professor Castle has over 20 years of experience, including 15 years as a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Melbourne. He has published over 900 scientific articles and is highly interested in psychedelic treatments for medical disorders.

Currently, he leads clinical studies utilizing psilocybin in Australia and Canada. Professor Castle will provide oversight and recommendations on Tryp’s clinical trial pipeline and expertise on grant funding. CEO Jason Carroll highlighted Castle's potential to support patients and clinicians, enhancing the development and approval of Tryp's IV-infused psilocin formulation.
