Tivan Limited (ASX: TVN) announces firm commitments to raise up to AU$ 4.5 million through placement for ordinary shares and free-attaching options from institutional and sophisticated investors. The funds will support various projects including Speewah Fluorite Project and debt retirement, enhancing the company's financial position and facilitating progress on key initiatives in the second half of 2024.
Tivan plans to raise through the placement of approximately 69.2 million shares at AU$0.065 each, with a discount compared to recent share prices. The placement includes free-attaching options with an exercise price of AU$0.12 for each two shares, expiring in 2027. CLSA Australia Pty Limited and Amicaa Advisors Pty Ltd are the Joint Lead Managers, and Evolution Capital is the Co-Manager for the Placement. The Placement Options Offer will be under a prospectus lodged with ASIC and ASX, aiming to issue around 34.6 million Placement Options.
