Tivan Limited (ASX: TVN) has announced establishing a significant and enduring partnership with CSIRO, Australia's national science agency. This collaboration is formalized through a Technology Licence Agreement (TLA) and a Research Services Agreement (RSA). The focus is on integrating intellectual property and expertise to advance the TIVAN+ critical minerals processing technology for vanadium recovery.
Tivan gains an exclusive 20-year worldwide license (excluding India) for CSIRO's vital minerals processing intellectual property under the TLA. Simultaneously, a Research Services Agreement solidifies joint efforts in technology development, supporting the TLA and facilitating a TIVAN+ Pilot Plant project. This strategic alliance is a pivotal step in realizing Tivan's vision of establishing a TIVAN+ Processing Facility for its Speewah Vanadium-Titanium-Iron Project in northeast Western Australia.
