Thrive Tribe Technologies Limited (ASX: 1TT) completed its Share Purchase Plan. The response was overwhelming, as the SPP, which closed on Tuesday, 6 August 2024, was fully subscribed, receiving subscriptions totaling AU$282,000. The company is thrilled to confirm that all valid applications from eligible shareholders under the SPP were accepted, with no scaleback undertaken.

The new shares are set to be issued on 12 August 2024, in line with the SPP timetable. The proceeds from the SPP will strengthen the balance sheet and working capital. The company thanks all its shareholders for their continued support and participation.
