Thor Energy Plc: Appointment of Executive Chairman & Managing Director Retirement

Thor Energy Plc (ASX: THR) announced that Alastair Clayton, currently serving as Non-Executive Chairman, will take on the role of Executive Chairman immediately. This strategic move aims to bolster the board's executive capabilities and drive the company's corporate strategy to new heights.

Additionally, Nicole Galloway Warland has decided to retire as Managing Director immediately. Still, she will continue to support the company as a consultant, bringing her invaluable expertise to the current drill programmed at its Colorado Uranium Projects in the United States and its other projects in South Australia. Alastair Clayton, Executive Chairman, thanked Nicole for her exceptional work executing the company's investment strategy. He eagerly anticipated her continued involvement in its upcoming work program in the US.
