The Environment Group Limited announced the acquisition of Ignite Services

On 13 April 2022, The Environment Group Limited (ASX: EGL) announced the acquisition of Ignite Services Pty Ltd. The acquisition includes all the assets of the business including working capital. This acquisition will add substantial strength to the EGL offering with a highly complimentary service and product offering.

  • The total value of this acquisition is AU$2.7 million based on normalised FY2022 EBITDA of AU$700K.
  • AU$1.65 million will be in the cash, remaining AU$850K in EGL shares at completion and AU$200K in cash payable in 12 months from completion.
