The designation of Matt Healy as Chief Executive Officer

Astute Metals NL (ASX: ASE) has announced the immediate appointment of Matthew Healy as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Having joined the company as an Executive Director on November 29, 2023, and previously serving as General Manager of Exploration since November 2022, Mr. Healy has effectively managed key projects in North America and Australia. His successful track record and full board support backed his promotion to CEO, positioning him to lead the company into its next developmental phase. There are no changes to Mr. Healy's remuneration following this appointment, detailed in the prior ASX announcement regarding his role as Executive Director.
