TER released its Q2 2023 quarterly activities report

TerraCom Limited (ASX: TER) has issued its quarterly activities report for the three months ending on 30 June 2023, highlighting significant accomplishments in production and financial spheres. Regarding production, the company achieved notable milestones, including total coal sales of 1.8Mt and total equity coal sales of 1.1Mt during the June Quarter. The Blair Athol (BA) operation demonstrated a commendable recovery from previous regional rain events, achieving total coal sales of 466kt, a remarkable 23% improvement.

For FY2023, BA delivered total coal sales of 1.8Mt, in line with projected guidance. Financially, BA's average coal price was AU$198 per sold tonne during the June Quarter and AU$361 per tonne for the entire FY2023. The company reported an Operating EBITDA of AU$55 million for the June Quarter, with BA contributing AU$44 million, leading to an operating cash margin of AU$94.1 per sold tonne.
