Tamboran Resources and APA Group Forge Agreements for Beetaloo Basin Development

Tamboran Resources (ASX: TBN) has signed three agreements with APA Group (ASX: APA) to advance its Beetaloo Basin assets. The first involves the development of a 35-kilometer Sturt Plateau Pipeline, targeting an online date as early as H2 2025. The second agreement focuses on a Beetaloo Basin to East Coast gas pipeline, aiming for an online date around 2028. The third is a Partnering Agreement, allowing Tamboran to exclusively work with APA Group and acquire up to 15% of Beetaloo pipeline projects.

Since the June 2023 Letter Agreement, APA has progressed well. The Early Development Agreements include up to A$10 million in early works expenditure, contingent on Tamboran meeting Shenandoah South Pilot Project milestones. Negotiations for a binding Gas Transportation Agreement will begin, aiming for execution in H1 2024, subject to specified project milestones.
