TALi Digital Ltd (ASX: TD1) is undertaking a strategic review to explore options for commercializing its attention training and cognition enhancement solutions, with the goal of maximizing shareholder value. The review was prompted by unexpected delays in securing inclusion on the School Readiness Funding Menu in Victoria, which had the potential to generate revenue in the latter part of FY 2023.
To enhance its market position and prioritize shareholder interests, the company will assess operations, costs, partnerships, and growth strategies. A cost reduction program will be implemented to streamline operations and align expenses with current activities for financial stability. Simultaneously, CEO Dr. Mary-Beth Brinson will transition from her role on July 12, 2023, but will continue supporting the company and the Board through a consultancy arrangement. TALi's Chair, Mark Simari, expressed gratitude for Dr. Brinson's ongoing dedication to staff and families benefitting from their products during this period of review.
