Tabcorp announced board and senior management changes

Tabcorp Holdings Limited (ASX: TAH) announced several changes to the Tabcorp Board and senior management to happen upon implementation of the demerger of The Lottery Corporation Limited by Tabcorp on 1 June 2022.

Steven Gregg would retire today as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Tabcorp. Now, Bruce Akhurst would be Chairman of Tabcorp from 1 June 2022.

Harry Boon and Anne Brennan also retire from the TAH’s Board today and have assumed their positions as Non-Executive Directors of The Lottery Corporation.

Also, David Attenborough would retire from his position as TAH’s Managing Director and CEO by day ends. Brett Chenoweth, Raelene Murphy and Karen Stocks will be officially appointed to the Tabcorp Board as Non-Executive Directors subsequent the receipt of all essential regulatory and ministerial approvals.
