The transaction closed after all conditions were met, including Snow Lake’s due diligence, completion of the associated Placement, and the initial payment. As part of the agreement, Snow Lake CEO Mr. Frank Wheatley has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, bringing over 35 years of mining and resource industry expertise. Meanwhile, Mr. Matthew Keane has stepped down from the Board due to other business commitments.
This acquisition represents a key milestone for Global Uranium, significantly enhancing its portfolio of high-potential uranium assets and expanding its strategic presence in North America. Preparations for the initial drilling program at Pine Ridge are well underway, with further updates on exploration plans expected in the coming weeks.
