Successful AU$4.5 million Placement to Enhance Commercial Growth

Livium Ltd (ASX: LIT) has secured commitments from existing shareholders and new institutional and sophisticated investors to raise AUD 4.5 million through a placement. This follows the significant milestone of its wholly owned subsidiary, VSPC Pty Ltd, securing an AUD 30 million grant from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency to support the development of an Australian lithium ferro phosphate demonstration plant.

The plant will operate for two years, during which the company aims to secure binding LFP and/or LMFP offtake contracts. The ARENA grant is conditional on full funding, which is expected to be achieved through strategic investments in VSPC. The strong support for this capital raising highlights growing confidence in Livium’s revenue-generating recycling business and patented technologies. Funds from the placement will be used for general working capital, advancing the LFP Demonstration Plant, increasing lithium-ion battery collections for recycling, and repaying the Lind facility.
