PSC Insurance Group Ltd (ASX: PSI) has announced its preliminary unaudited results for the financial year 2023, expecting to achieve approximately AU$111 million in underlying EBITDA. This result, subject to auditing and end-of-year signing processes, surpasses the initial guidance range of AU$101-105 million provided in August 2022 and the upgraded guidance of AU$104-108 million in February 2023, driven by a strong first half performance and continued success in all operating segments.
Looking ahead to the financial year 2024, PSC's Board is optimistic about the Group's prospects, with all operating segments well-positioned for growth. As a result, the company has provided a preliminary guidance range for FY24, anticipating underlying EBITDA between AU$122-127 million. This forecast excludes any potential contributions from acquisitions that may occur during FY24. Further details and confirmation of the guidance will be provided upon the finalization of the FY23 audit and the formal release of PSC's FY23 results.
