Stellar Secures AU$3.2 million Placement for Project Advancement

Stellar Resources Limited (ASX: SRZ) has successfully secured AU$3.2 million through a placement to sophisticated and professional investors. This placement, priced at AU$0.008 per share, represents a 14.3% premium to the most recent trading price. Notably, Nero Resource Fund has committed approximately AU$2.4 million as a cornerstone investor. Participants will receive one free attaching option for every two shares allocated.

These options, with an exercise price of 1.5 cents and an 18-month term, are subject to shareholder approval. The placement will occur in two tranches, with the second tranche including attaching options and a commitment from Stellar directors. Taylor Collison Limited is managing the placement. The raised capital will finance exploration and development efforts, primarily focusing on the Heemskirk Tin and North Scamander Polymetallic projects in Tasmania, as well as general working capital.
