Spenda Secures AU$1.4 Million in Private Placement to Drive Product Development and Growth.
Spenda Limited (ASX: SPX) has successfully raised AU$1.4 million through a private placement supported by new and existing sophisticated investors, including participation from the Board. The offer was priced at AU$0.0025 per share, with investors receiving one free attaching option for every two shares, exercisable at AU$0.005 by January 2028. In total, 560 million shares and 280 million options will be issued under various ASX Listing Rule allocations, with Director Francis De Souza contributing AU$50,000, subject to shareholder approval.
Funds raised will be directed towards advancing product development and strengthening general working capital, reinforcing Spenda’s strategy to scale its integrated business and payment platform. Joint Lead Managers Lodge Corporate and Lynx Advisors will receive brokerage fees and broker options for their involvement. Share issuance is expected by December 2025, with options set for release in early April 2026, subject to final approvals.
