Spenda Limited (ASX: SPX) has recently announced the signing of a 10-year Master Services and License Agreement (MSLA) with Capricorn Society Limited, marking a milestone in the Digital Services Delivery (DSD) initiative. This initiative, following its successful Foundation Stage completion, focuses on upgrading the payments infrastructure for Capricorn's member and preferred supplier network. Capricorn, established in 1974 to support automotive industry businesses, boasts a network of over 26,000 members and 2,000 suppliers across Australia and New Zealand.
With members currently making monthly purchases totalling around AU$270 million from approved suppliers, the DSD initiative aims to enhance productivity and efficiency by providing eCommerce payment solutions powered by Spenda for all Capricorn members. This strategic partnership underscores Spenda's role as a key software and electronic solutions provider in advancing digital services within the automotive industry.
