SPC Global Holdings Limited (ASX: SPG) announced a landmark 10-year exclusivity agreement between its international division, Nature One Dairy Limited, and Dairy Farm Company Limited. The deal is projected to generate AU$ 250 million in revenue.
Under the agreement, NODHK will supply high-quality dairy products to DFI's Mannings retail network, the most significant health and beauty chain in Hong Kong and Macau, with over 320 outlets. This partnership reinforces NODHK's commitment to delivering premium products across Asia while strengthening its regional presence. NOD CEO Nick Dimopoulos expressed enthusiasm for the long-term collaboration, highlighting the opportunity to expand product offerings across Mannings' extensive network. SPC Global emphasized the strategic importance of the deal, crediting months of negotiation and senior management efforts. The partnership aligns with SPC Global's vision of becoming a global food powerhouse and represents a significant milestone in its international growth strategy.
