Significant Copper Discovered in Geochemical Air core Drilling at Sherlock Bay

Sabre Resources Ltd (ASX: SBR) announced positive results from its geochemical air-core drilling program at the Sherlock Bay project in Western Australia's Pilbara region. The program tested six electromagnetic sulphide targets for gold, nickel, copper, and cobalt mineralization within the Sholl Shear Zone.

Fifty-two vertical air-core holes were drilled across seven traverses, covering 1,318 meters. The drilling identified a copper trend extending over 800 meters in strike length, showing increasing copper grades and remaining open to the southwest toward the company's E47/4777 application area. These results complement diamond drilling conducted earlier in 2023, which intersected gold with Ni-Cu-Co sulphide mineralization along a sheared mafic-felsic contact. The trend aligns with a strong moving-loop EM conductor located southwest of the existing nickel-copper-cobalt mineral resource at Sherlock Bay. This discovery underscores the region's potential, with future exploration planned to expand and define the mineralization.
