Singular Health Group Limited (ASX: SHG) has officially received a commitment from CG1 Ventures to secure the entire AU$850,000 placement at 5.5 cents per share, as announced on August 16, 2023. Following the approval of shares and options issuance to CG1 Ventures at Singular Health's Annual General Meeting on November 10, 2023, the Company expresses its enthusiasm for the binding commitment regarding the full AU$850,000 placement.
As the agreement outlines, CG1 Ventures will make monthly payments, totaling the agreed-upon amount, until February 6, 2024. Singular Health retains the flexibility to utilize the funds upon receipt, and the issuance of shares and options is contingent upon CG1 Ventures' complete payment, anticipated prior to February 6, 2024. Non-fulfilment of the AU$850,000 subscription by CG1 Ventures results in non-refundable payments, with no issuance of shares or options corresponding to the amount paid.
