SenSen Networks Limited (ASX: SNS) reported its second consecutive cash flow positive quarter for Q1 FY25, with an operating cash flow of AU$0.3Millions, an improvement of AU$1.4Millions year-on-year. The company achieved record cash receipts of AU$3.4Millions and continued reducing operating expenses, which dropped to AU$9.2Millions from AU$10.6Millions in Q4 FY24. SenSen also reduced its net debt by AU$0.2Millions to AU$0.5Millions. The company won another tender in Toronto, adding to recent successes in Calgary and Montreal.
SenSen now serves 12 Canadian cities and has gained new U.S. contracts, including one with the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. In Australia, SenSen received additional orders from multiple councils and rebranded its Scancam acquisition as SenShield. The company focuses on sales growth, recurring revenue, and cost efficiencies, further strengthening its balance sheet. The company also maintains AU$3.7Millions in available financing facilities.
