Scalare Partners Cancels 2024 AGM and Secures Extension to January 2025.

Scalare Partners Holdings (ASX: SCP) Limited has cancelled its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled for 21 November 2024. The cancellation follows the completion of the company’s acquisition of Scalare Partners Pty Ltd through a reverse takeover, which involved the resignation of two directors and the appointment of four new directors. Due to the timing of these events, there was insufficient time to amend the AGM Notice of Meeting.

As a result, the company sought and was granted an extension by ASIC, allowing the AGM to be held by 31 January 2025.
