RPM Global Holdings Limited (ASX: RUL) has reported impressive financial performance for Q1-FY24. The company's software sales soared, reaching AU$13.2 million, a 154% increase from Q1-FY23. Annually recurring revenue from software license and maintenance hit AU$56.0 million, with an additional AU$133.4 million in pre-contracted revenue for future years. Notably, RPM Global signed a global framework agreement (GFA) with a major tier-1 miner during this period, facilitating swift software purchases until December 2028.
This agreement led to an AU$2.27 million software subscription order and an AU$6.36 million commitment, bolstering their global software solutions. The Advisory division exceeded expectations, with the Book of Work balance rising by 32% to AU$24.2 million. Advisory service sales amounted to AU$15.8 million, a 71% increase from Q1-FY23, driven by long-term partnerships and a rising demand for battery and critical mineral financing support, indicating a promising outlook for the company.
