RocketDNA expands drone services partnership with Anglo-American subsidiary

RocketDNA Ltd (ASX: RKT) has signed a multi-year contract with Rustenburg Platinum Mines Limited, a subsidiary of Anglo American, to enhance its drone services in South Africa. The two-year agreement not only renews existing drone-based surveying services but also adds critical infrastructure security and monitoring. This expansion significantly strengthens the relationship between RocketDNA and Anglo American, underscoring the commercial value of RocketDNA's drone technology.

The contract includes drone services for various mining operations, surveying data, and monitoring security. The Total Contract Value (TCV) is AU$2.646 million (ZAR 31.88 million), with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of AU$1.176 million (ZAR 14.17 million). The deal, set to expire on October 31, 2026, can be terminated with 90 days' notice, containing standard agreement terms.
