Resolution of Legal Disputes

BirdDog Technology Limited (ASX: BDT), a broadcast quality video solutions leader, has settled with Bolin Technology and its affiliates regarding ongoing legal disputes. This follows the company's announcements on 8 November 2023, 29 January 2024, and 24 April 2024 concerning the US and Australian court proceedings.

The confidential settlement deed, signed on 26 July 2024, releases all parties from their claims and counterclaims. The settlement will result in a cash outflow of US$1.6 million and a cost of US$3.3 million to BirdDog's income statement for the 2024 financial year. Additionally, BirdDog will receive saleable products valued at US$1.6 million, which will help mitigate the cash outflow once sold.
