Resolution Minerals Expands Critical Metals Portfolio with High-Grade Antimony and Gold Acquisitions.

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML) has entered a Binding Agreement to acquire three high-grade antimony, gold, and copper projects in New South Wales and Queensland. The acquisitions include the Drake East Antimony-Gold Project (NSW), Neardie Antimony Project (QLD), and Spur South Gold-Copper Project (NSW), covering 194 square kilometers. Notably, the Neardie Project hosts past-producing antimony mines with peak values of 19.5% Sb, while Drake East contains gold assays up to 60.9 g/t and antimony samples of 5.72% Sb. 

This strategic move provides RML with significant exposure to the rapidly growing antimony sector, following a 250% price surge in 2024 amid global supply shortages. Shareholders registered by 12 March 2025 can participate in a pro-rata issue of one option for every eight shares held. RML aims to unlock the potential of these assets through systematic exploration, geophysical surveys, and targeted drilling campaigns.
