Resolution Capital Announces Estimated Quarterly Distribution for December 2024.

Resolution Capital Global Property Securities Fund (Managed Fund) (ASX:RCA) has announced an estimated distribution of AU$0.00379497 per unit for the quarter ending 31 December 2024, subject to adjustments based on portfolio capital gains or losses and changes in units eligible for distribution. Key dates include the ex-distribution date on 2 January 2025, record date on 3 January 2025, and payment date on 15 January 2025.

Unitholders can participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) or opt for cash payments, provided Australian bank account details are updated with the unit registry by 5 pm on 6 January 2025. The distribution amount will result in a corresponding reduction in RCAP’s net asset value starting from the ex-distribution date.
