Redflow Limited (ASX: RFX), a renowned global provider of clean energy storage solutions, has announced its decision to undertake a capital-raising campaign. The initiative includes a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer aimed at raising up to AU$18.9 million (before costs), subject to a full subscription. The funds generated from this capital-raising effort will serve as a foundation for Redflow's expansion in the large-scale multi-MWh projects sector. It will enable the company to pursue various business development opportunities and key projects that align with its growth strategy.
The Board of Redflow is fully supportive of the Entitlement Offer, with eligible Directors committed to participating in the fundraising. Redflow's unique zinc-bromine flow battery technology has garnered significant interest from customers, highlighting its potential to facilitate large-scale deployments. Furthermore, the growing recognition of the importance of medium to long-duration energy storage and the role of flow batteries in the evolving energy ecosystem further strengthens Redflow's market position.
