Red Mountain Mining Limited (ASX: RMX) has appointed Mr. Lincoln Liu as its CEO, citing his extensive experience in the equities market and corporate advisory services. Mr. Liu was appointed CEO with a starting date of 27 June 2024, under a continuing appointment according to the Executive Services Agreement. The annual salary is set at AU$120,000 plus superannuation, with incentive options to be decided later. Termination clauses allow the Company or CEO to end the employment under certain conditions, with standard confidentiality provisions included in the agreement.
